What I Do
I’m a coach and consultant who helps people and businesses grow—whether that means navigating pesticide regulations, building a sustainable business, or finding clarity in your personal life.
My approach is rooted in regenerative agriculture: tend to what matters, remove what doesn’t serve you, and trust the process. I work with farmers through the UC Merced SBDC and Valley Sierra SBDC, coach entrepreneurs and professionals across the Peninsula, and lead workshops that bring personal development onto the land.

Getting to know Ranger
I grew up in Northern California’s Sierra Valley, where I developed a love for agriculture, community, and helping people grow. Leadership came early—through 4-H, FFA, and launching an anti-bullying campaign in high school.
At UC Davis, I studied Managerial Economics and discovered my passion for personal development and finance. That led me to become a certified coach and eventually start Within Range Coaching.
In 2024, I walked 2,642 miles across America—from South Carolina to Los Angeles—raising over $8,500 for charity. That journey taught me what I now share with clients: growth isn’t linear, but it’s always possible when you stay grounded and keep taking the next step.
Today, I work as an agricultural consultant with the UC Merced SBDC and Valley Sierra SBDC, helping farmers with business development and pesticide compliance. I coach entrepreneurs and professionals across the San Francisco Peninsula. And I host three podcasts: The Foggy Farmer, South of SF, and The Never Peak Project.
I’m based in Half Moon Bay and serve clients in-person across San Mateo County, the Bay Area, and the Central Valley—and virtually worldwide.
